Many had accused her husband IVD of being involved in her death at the time, and it was suspected. But Blessing CEO had defended Bimbo by siding with IVD against his family, saying that she is his therapist.

In a new twist to the story, the CEO of Blessing went back to address the situation and apologized for her actions. She said that looking back, she had seen how incredibly resentful the family had been and that what she had done might not have pleased them.

“Apologies to the Martin’s family. It took me 2 years to understand grieve and pain,
I will never be too big to say I am sorry when I do wrong .. the the Martins family I say I am sorry.
It is all peace, we learn every day and a lot can be said out of ignorance. MAY the gentile soul of Mrs Abimbola Ogbonna Martins rest in peace.
To the general public, if | have hurt you in anyway, I am sorry. Tomorrow is my birthday and I just want to be at peace with everybody.
