Stephanie Victoria Allen, aka Stefflon Don, is a British rapper and singer. She rose to prominence after her 2017 single “Hurtin’ Me” reached number 7 on the UK Singles Chart. Allen’s debut mixtape, Real Ting, was released in 2016, and she followed it up with Secure in 2018.

She held a Twitter giveaway in September 2019 after surpassing one billion streams as an artist. Shocka, a British musician, contacted her and explained that he was in Nigeria for his mother’s cancer treatment. She decided to give him the money for his mother’s treatment.

The ex-girlfriend of Burna Boy expressed her love for Nigeria and its rich culture in a recent interview with radio broadcaster Henrieveill on Tuesday.

She remarked that the country’s diverse cultures drew her to it and its people, demonstrating her admiration for the colorful culture.

Stefflon Don said:

“Ooh, my gosh, there’s so many things, music, food. I like the people, the banter. They are so funny, very vibrant, and very colorful like everything is on your face. It’s very loud. They remind me of Jamaicans but in a different way.”

She added:

“I like your tradition; I feel like, as Jamaicans, we’ve been stripped of that. We’ve just got dancehall, good food, and vibes. were just nice people, but we ain’t really got; the cultural aspect has been taken away from us.”
